Admins are owners are the site. They monior the general running of the site and everything to do with the site is decided by the Admins.
Global Moderators!
Global Moderators are assigned to one catogory of the the forum and they are in charge of that catagory. They monitor the language and behaviour of the users in that catagory and they also moniter the appropriation of threads in relation to the catagory.
Moderators!
Moderators are assigned to one board on the forum and it is their job to moniter the language and behaviour of the users in that catagory and the appropriation of threads in relation to the board.
